Thank you for shopping with us! At Steel Tiara, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Don't let the lower prices fool you. These are high quality pieces; sold to you at an honest price.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, email us at Steeltiara@outlook.com. We will do whatever we can to replace your piece and ensure that you are satisfied.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason your piece does not meet the quality standard advertised on our website, we will replace your piece FREE of charge. Please refer to our policy below for full disclosure and terms.

Order Cancellation

We can not allow the cancellation of an item after 12 hour as all items hit production the following day. We have time and resources that have already been allocated to processing an item from the time an order is placed. Once 12 hours has passed after the date/time of an order, there will be NO refunds and NO exceptions to this rule because your product will have entered production.

Product Returns

Please do not just send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us and we will provide with the return procedure, return address, and the RA#.

All returns require an RA# that can only be provided by contacting us.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from time of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our money back guarantee policy does NOT apply to any of our customization pieces. If you do not receive your customized piece as advertised, we will immediately replace your item. However, refunds are only provided on a case by case basis for custom items. We do not accept returns on custom signs that have spelling errors on the customers end. All returns require the customer to ship the item back to us at their own cost before a refund is processed back to their original payment method.

Due to the personalized nature of some of the products on our website, it is important to note a few details. Orders will be cut exactly how they are sent to us. If you send in a engraving with an expectation of it to be written another way, a refund will not be provided. Additionally, fonts and final engravings on monograms may vary slightly than what you see on the website due to the personalized nature of these products.

Shipping the product back

Repackage the unwanted merchandise with your original invoice. Please write the RA# on your package as well as the invoice#.

Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, shipping costs are non-refundable. Packages that are sent back with insufficient postal charges will not be accepted. Shipping charges are waived for Steel Tiara mistakes or defective merchandise ONLY.

ANY PACKAGE RETURNED TO STEEL TIARA MUST HAVE RA# AND TRACKING NUMBER. STEEL TIARA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Local credit card/debit card and PayPal refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after the product is received. International credit card, Visa or MasterCard, refunds can take up to 7 to 14 business days to process.

A Refund will not be provided in the following cases

1). The refund was requested beyond 14 calendars days of delivery;

2). Product sent in for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.

3). Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

4). Purchaser does not have an RA #, and it is not on the package.

5). Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.

6). Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.

7). Respective product has not been sent back to Steel Tiara with in 7 calendar days after RA# has been received from Steel Tiara.
